The running game was at its best against Gatlinburg-Pittman. #9 Daniel Bredwell was a man on a mission, the “Highlight Reel” had his mojo working in the 1st half. Spin moves, cut backs, etc, simply refusing to go down on initial contact.
#31 Ray-Ray Robinson simply wore the G-P defense down in the 2nd half. Watching him run the ball you’d never believe he was a freshman. One key feature to this running back is that he always, always, falls forward for those couple extra yards.
The Week 10 SORSN Helmet Award goes to Bredwell and Ray-Ray who introduced Gatlinburg-Pittman to a SOR style of football.
