In a bizarre twist, the District 3-A tournaments was suddenly moved from TSD to South Doyle Middle School. The Greenwaves played Cosby for the 3rd time this year but it was not a charm for the Greenwaves as they would lose the semi-final game, 58-70.
The Greenwaves will now play Harriman for a 3rd place finish in the District. Harriman was ousted by Rockwood, 47-68 in their semi-final showdown.
The Greenwaves have already clinched a birth in the Regional Tournament with their win over Grace Christian.
