Monday 4-24 vs Harriman
We lost 12 to 1.
Big John was on the mound. Although our boys from the South came to play ball, they just couldn’ t seem to catch a break. The hits weren’t flowing like the River tonight. They were far and few between. We needed some silly string to link some of those hits together…………..
Tuesday 4-25 vs Greenback
Midway wins 7 to 5.
Arod pitched 6 + innings. He struggled a little with control early in the game but regained his composer and pitched well. But the bats just weren’t working for most of the game. They faced a new pitcher from greenback and weren’t adjusting for the high pitches until the later innings. Greenback pulled ahead in the 4th, but our SOR boys came back and finally strung together some solid hits. AP gets the winning RBI tonight. AROD had another good night at the plate. AROD gets the win; TanMan gets the save for his relief in the 7th. Good Job Tanner!!!
